Voice & tone
Communicate confidence through calm and structure. Human first. AI second.
The manifesto
Every interaction builds trust because it reveals the level of care and judgment behind the operation. The technology operates in the background. Every reply reflects genuine attention and strategic thinking.
This is Semantiks. A digital concierge, always present.
Use the manifesto’s vocabulary in product copy: presence, judgment, care, coherence, continuity, precision, closeness, context.
Write like this
- Short declarative sentences. Often in pairs. Always with a period. “Automate processes. Reclaim time.”
- Speak to the person, about the person: “Your agent resolved 336 conversations today.” The human is the subject; the technology is invisible.
- The human/technology contrast is felt, never explained.
- Numbers are stated plainly and precisely. Data is calm, not triumphant.
- The product ships Spanish-first; English carries global taglines and English-language surfaces. The same voice rules apply in both languages.
Never write like this
- No hype: “revolutionary”, “disruptive”, “the future of…”.
- No exclamation marks in product UI. No selling caps.
- No technical jargon at the surface — models, prompts, pipelines stay backstage.
- Don’t talk about the platform before the person.
The feeling checklist
Before shipping, copy must read: serene, stable, pragmatic, reliable, intelligent — and feel Latin, aesthetic, human, aspirational.
Approved taglines
- Advanced technology. Deep understanding.
- AI that understands how companies operate.
- Automate processes. Reclaim time.
- Human first. AI second.
- Clarity drives intelligence.
